WHO WE ARE
Foundation of Life’s mission is to provide professional support to improve the quality of life to include recovery-oriented care, for individuals with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) living in low socioeconomic communities.
In addition, we will seek the necessary resources required to successfully manage individual’s medical and psychiatric conditions to assure a healthy individual and healthier community.

consists of medical and psychiatric referrals, licensed social workers, registered nurses, licensed counselors, case managers, experienced technicians and support staff.
